As a 501(c)3 Not for Profit Organization, the Family Abuse Shelter relies on the generous donations of individuals, businesses, organizations, foundations, agencies, and churches in the community. All donations directly benefit those we serve while significantly reducing the cost of operating the shelter.

The Family Abuse Shelter of Miami County provides a safe haven for any individual fleeing domestic violence or experiencing homelessness. The Shelter, now located at 530 Crescent Drive in Troy, has family rooms, daily meals, a kids activity center, and onsite counseling to help change lives.
